Our goal is to make you completely satisfied. Please provide us with your valuable feedback so that we can have a chance to serve you better. But only when all the following conditions are met will we accept the return and give a refund:

1.Products must be transported by logistics under the original packaging conditions.
2.You must decide whether to return the goods or not within 48 hours after you receive the goods, and inform us by email.
3. The products you decide to refund must reach our designated address within 20 days after you send them, so that we can handle the refund for you in time.
4. You need to bear all the expenses (transportation, packaging and other related expenses) of your returned products.
5.You need to bear all the risks in the process of sending the product back.

If the product is damaged, we suggest you send it back in our original packaging, which can reduce many security risks.


Refund Method

Please contact us in service@tibet-energy.com by email before deciding to return the goods.

· After all the refund conditions are met, we will immediately agree to your application and cooperate with your refund application.

(Tibet Energy will not be responsible for the return postage if the product is not defective).

· After we receive your returned products within the agreed time, we will process your refund approval at the first time,and you will receive the refund through your original payment method within 14 working days.

Return Policy

The return of such products must be notified to us by email within 48 hours after you receive the goods, and tell us the reasons for your return in detail. 

We need to know whether there is any problem with the products themselves.


Return Shipping Fee

· For the return of such products, we will charge 25% of the purchase price of the products as the goods adjustment fee.

· The buyer shall bear the return expenses (logistics, transportation, packaging, etc.), and the seller shall not reimburse it.

(The buyer will know this clause by default when placing an order. )

* Products must be returned in the state as received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded during the return process,

and it is up to the seller to decide whether the customized or customized products pass the return audit.

There is no subsidy for the return freight, which may be higher than the original freight amount and should be borne by the buyer.
